Aims & Objectives of Aspect Supported Living LTD

To provide bespoke support that is tailored to each citizen’s individual needs.
To empower citizen’s users to lead as independent a life as possible.
To provide services that are anti-discriminatory.
To provide a service that considers citizen’s preferences, wishes, personal circumstances and individual abilities.
Need and values are respected in matters relating to their beliefs, diversity, religion, cultural, race or ethnic origin, sexuality or sexual orientation, status, disabilities or impairments.
To provide our citizens with support of the highest quality within their own home environment.
To promote the long-term happiness and wellbeing of citizens in all that we do.
To promote positive risk taking and awareness for the citizen receiving support.
To offer citizens the opportunity to achieve and maintain independence within a supportive environment both at home and in the community.

How Will This Be Achieved

Provide flexible person-centred support that the citizen has had choice and involvement in. Where this is not possible capturing the citizens preferences through stakeholders in their Best Interest.
By being creative with the funded hours to promote and, where possible, increase their independence.
By treating all citizens with dignity and respect. Listen to the citizen receiving support.
Encourage citizens to be involved in the development of the service. Having citizen meetings to ensure their voice is listened too and heard. Making recommended changes to the service to improve how we support our citizens.
